Platform access

Bandify gives learners access to mock tests, community features, progress tracking, and AI-assisted feedback. Access levels depend on the plan attached to your account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all actions taken from your account.

Use accurate personal information when creating an account.

Do not share, resell, or mirror protected Bandify content.

Keep your email address current so billing and account notices reach you.

Report suspected security issues through the contact page.

Billing and renewals

Paid plans are billed using the cycle shown during checkout. Taxes, offers, and coupon logic are applied according to the live checkout summary.

If you cancel an active plan, access remains available until the end of the current billing period unless the plan terms state otherwise.

Acceptable use

Bandify is built to help students prepare for IELTS. Content scraping, automated abuse, harassment, prompt extraction attempts, and misuse of community tools are not allowed.

We may limit or suspend access if activity threatens other learners, the service, or our partners.

Service updates

We continuously improve questions, scoring models, and learning flows. Features may evolve over time, but we aim to preserve the core value of the plan you purchased.

When we make material changes to these terms, updated policy pages will reflect the new version.
